It starts with a self-drive from Rio de Janeiro to Vila Mont Lodge near Paraty, where a local bird guide is included, and to the birding lodge Ninho da Cambacica in Ubatuba. After a flight to Cuiabá you spend three nights at Porto Jofre for jaguars and river birds and three nights at SouthWild Pantanal Lodge on the Pixaim river.
